ACCESS TRAINING
ATI provides short term training and educational services to the metropolitan area of Jackson and surrounding communities. Its educational programs are designed to remove participants’ educational, personal, and academic barriers to finding employment and becoming productive citizens.
COURSES OFFERED
NURSING ASSISTING (Day & Night)
This program emphasizes the importance of nursing assistants as members of the interdisciplinary health care team that plans and provides care to patients.
FAST TRACK NURSING ASSISTING
This program is to provide an opportunity for persons who have been working in the field of Nursing Assisting but have never been certified.
PHARAMCY TECHNICIAN
This program is designed to prepare students to support the licensed pharmacist by assisting with counter dispensing operations and prescription preparation.
PERSONAL CARE PROVIDER
This program is designed a Personal Care Provider course to provide and assist the elderly or disabled adults with daily living activities, perform health-care related tasks,
CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTING
This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical training to prepare students for entry-level roles in healthcare, including patient care, clinical procedures, and assisting medical providers.
BASIC & ADVANCE PHLEBOTOMY
This specialized certificate-training program focuses on the primary role of the Phlebotomist, which is to collect blood safely and without patient discomfort
ELECTROCARDIOGRAM TECHNICIAN
This course is designed to introduce the student to the electrocardiogram strips; understanding the theoretical framework of the electrocardiogram wave, lead placement and its components.
